Challenge
Delivery pricing was being chosen by customers from a dropdown, and they often picked wrong — one order 20 km outside the city was charged as city centre. The studio also had no simple way for staff to track orders from phone to doorstep.
Solution
Delivery is now calculated from the real address: the site geocodes it, checks it against the outline of Rome's ring road (GRA) and charges per kilometre beyond it. Stripe is the single source of truth for orders, and a phone-friendly board lets the team claim, track and print every order.

Overview
Lijoi is a Rome floral studio, working with flowers since 1989 for clients including Fendi, Valentino and Bvlgari Hotels. They wanted to sell online without Shopify, in a way that matched the elegance of their work.
The new store, built in Next.js from a Figma design, has 8 collections with 154 size and colour variants, a 6-step bespoke bouquet builder and Stripe Checkout. Delivery is priced automatically from the customer's address using a map of Rome's ring road.
Behind the storefront the team has tools of their own: a password-protected order board for their phones, printable order sheets, signed delivery receipts and gift cards, all without a CMS or a database.
