Challenge
When a top designer hands you her own design, there's no room for approximation. The motion had to feel premium and calm, never heavy, and large full-screen images had to stay fast.
Solution
A design-faithful build with precise typography and spacing, restrained GSAP animation tuned to Lenis, and Next.js image optimization for the heavy visual content.

Overview
Marianna Caliandro is an Art Director and Brand Designer in Milan, working across fashion, luxury and lifestyle, including Fendi Couture. Her portfolio had to be as refined as her own work.
She designed it, and the build had to match it to the pixel. The site is minimal and typographic, so spacing, type and the timing of every animation were tuned in Next.js, with GSAP animation synced to Lenis smooth scrolling.
Each project has its own case-study page, large campaign images load fast on every device, and complete SEO and social metadata make every shared link look polished.
